Live Mentorship & Virtual Classroom Guidelines
To provide a highly interactive and personalized e-learning experience, Deen Taleem offers exclusive live 1-on-1 mentorship sessions within our Premium (₹5000) and VIP (₹7200) digital bundles. These virtual classrooms are designed to offer personalized Quran reading guidance, Tajweed correction, and doubt resolution for children. To maintain the utmost safety, professionalism, and punctuality, we enforce the following strict operational guidelines.
1. Mandatory Parental Supervision
The safety and comfort of our young learners are our top priorities. A parent or legally authorized adult guardian must be physically present in the same room for the entire duration of the live 1-on-1 video session. Our educators reserve the right to immediately terminate the session without refund if they discover that the minor is left completely unattended during the virtual call.
2. Booking, Scheduling, and Platforms
Upon purchasing an eligible premium bundle, parents will receive a specialized booking calendar link alongside their digital course materials via Email/WhatsApp. Parents must select an available time slot that accommodates their schedule. All live interactions are conducted strictly online via highly secure video conferencing platforms, primarily Google Meet. It is the parent's responsibility to ensure a stable broadband internet connection, a functioning webcam, and a clear microphone prior to joining.
3. Punctuality, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows
Our educators operate on strict, consecutive schedules to accommodate students globally. If a student joins the virtual classroom late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time; no extensions will be granted. If a student fails to join the meeting room within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be marked as a "No-Show." In the event of a No-Show, the session is considered fully consumed, and the user forfeits the right to a refund or a complimentary rescheduling.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Protocol
We understand that emergencies occur. Parents may request to reschedule a booked session without penalty, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time slot. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be accommodated, and the session will be marked as utilized.
5. Privacy and Zero-Recording Policy
To protect the absolute privacy of both the minor student and our educators, unauthorized screen recording, audio recording, capturing, or public broadcasting of the 1-on-1 live sessions by the parent or student is strictly prohibited. Deen Taleem also does not record these sessions. Any violation of this privacy code will result in immediate termination of the user's account and potential legal action.
