Due to the completely digital nature of our educational products, we enforce a strict and comprehensive policy regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.

1. The Nature of Digital Printables & Non-Refundable Clause

Unlike physical merchandise, digital files (such as PDF Worksheets, Printable Flashcards, MP3 Audio Stories, and Video Links) cannot be "returned" once they have been accessed or downloaded. Therefore, all sales of digital products on Deen Taleem are considered 100% final and non-refundable. The moment your payment is successfully processed and our automated system dispatches the download links to your registered Email Address or WhatsApp number, the fulfillment of our service is deemed complete. We strictly do not entertain refund requests based on "change of mind," "accidental purchase," or "lack of printing facilities at home."

2. Valid Exceptions for Technical Failures

We acknowledge that technical anomalies can occasionally occur. Deen Taleem will issue a replacement digital file or grant manual server access if you face the following verifiable technical issues:

• The PDF file delivered is corrupted, unreadable, or cannot be opened using standard PDF reader software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat).
• The download link provided in the delivery email expired prematurely before your first attempt to download.
• Your payment was successfully debited from your bank account, but our automated system failed to dispatch the product within 12 hours.

To claim a replacement under these technical exceptions, you must contact our support team at support@deentaleem.space within 3 days of your transaction. Refunds will only be initiated if our technical team completely fails to provide you with a working access link within 7 business days of your formally raised ticket.

3. Cancellation of Live Mentorship Sessions

For parents purchasing our Premium Tier bundles (₹5000 and ₹7200) that include live 1-on-1 Quran reading mentorship for kids, sessions must be booked in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. If a student fails to join the virtual classroom within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, it is marked as a "No-Show." No-shows forfeit that specific session, and no partial refunds will be provided.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We utilize highly secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback or an unjustified dispute filed with your bank after the digital goods have been delivered, we reserve the right to permanently ban the user's IP address and submit all timestamped delivery logs to the banking authorities to contest the claim. By completing a purchase on the Deen Taleem website, you explicitly consent to this No-Refund policy.
