Deen Taleem (operated by Manjesh Kumar) is a 100% digital e-commerce and e-learning platform. This policy dictates how our digital educational bundles are delivered to our customers upon successful checkout from our website Deentaleem.space.
1. Zero Physical Shipping
It is imperative for all customers to understand that we do not sell, manufacture, or dispatch any physical goods. We do not deal in hardcover books, printed worksheets, CDs, DVDs, or any tangible merchandise. Consequently, there is absolutely zero physical shipping involved in our operational model. You will not receive any courier, parcel, or postal mail at your residential or office address.
2. Automated Electronic Delivery Protocol
Our delivery system is entirely automated and cloud-based. As soon as your payment is authorized and captured by our payment gateway partners, our servers automatically trigger the fulfillment process.
- Delivery Mediums: The purchased digital bundles (such as Arabic Alphabet PDFs, Audio Story MP3s, and Video Links) will be dispatched directly to the Email Address and the WhatsApp Number that you input during the checkout form.
- Format: You will receive secure, encrypted URLs from which you can download your PDF printables or stream your educational media.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Timelines
Because our products are digital, we aim for instant gratification. Under standard network conditions, your digital access links will be delivered within 5 to 15 minutes of a successful transaction. In rare instances involving server latency, email provider delays, or API timeouts, delivery may take up to a maximum of 12 hours.
4. Troubleshooting Undelivered Goods
If your bank account has been debited but you have not received your digital materials within the 12-hour maximum window, please check your email account's "Spam," "Junk," or "Promotions" folders. Often, automated emails containing download links are filtered by email clients. If the email is still missing, it is highly likely that a typographical error occurred while entering your email address or WhatsApp number at checkout. In such scenarios, please reach out to our helpdesk at support@deentaleem.space with your transaction ID, and our technical team will manually route the digital goods to your correct address.
